These terms apply to your use of frieranft.com, my free downloads and the Coherence Index. I am Friederike Ranft (Frie Ranft); my details are in the Legal Notice. Coaching is not covered here. It is governed by the Professional Coaching Agreement that we sign together.

Coaching starts with a conversation by email. There is no booking or payment on this site. Fees, cancellation, termination and, for consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal are set out in the signed agreement. If these terms and the agreement differ, the agreement applies. Sessions can be held in English, German, Spanish or French. This site, my materials and the agreement are in English.

My free downloads are for your personal use. Please don’t sell, republish or present them as your own. They are provided as they are, and I can’t promise they fit your situation. You give your email address to receive them; see the Privacy Policy.

The Coherence Index is a tool for self-reflection. It is not a diagnosis, a psychological or medical assessment, or therapy. Your results are scored automatically from your own answers and are a starting point, not a verdict. No decision is made about you based on them. Please answer honestly. Your results are sent to you by email. I can see your name, email address and overall score; your individual answers are also stored, and only I have access to them. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

All content on this site, including the Coherence framework, texts, graphics and downloads, belongs to me. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you quote it, please credit Frie Ranft and link to frieranft.com. Any other use needs my written permission.

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping and no false information in forms.

The content on this site is general information. It is not therapy, or medical, legal or financial advice. I can’t guarantee any outcome. Links to other sites are for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content.

My liability for this site and its free content is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer.

Spanish law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
